Life is a Precious Gift
Life is a precious gift from above,
Its really quite simple,
Just remember to Love!!
Life lessons to learn,
Our days are so few,
In the blink of an eye,
You're taken, who knew?
We must cherish each day
As if it's our last:
If not I'm afraid,
It'll slip away fast!!
You'll look back and wonder,
What should have been done?
I hope for your sake
There is none!!
Life is a precious gift to us all
We need to be humbled
As we are so very small!!
Hold on to the treasures
Near to our heart;
So if fate should come knocking,
You're ready to part!!
I see now I know
My question's no more
I'll be ready to meet you
At Heaven's door!!
